Craft NY is currently looking to fill a POS Coordinator position. We are looking for energetic individuals who possess a strong work ethic and a strong sense of responsibility to join and contribute to our team.
Starting Pay Rate: $20 - $22 per Hour
Hours: Sunday-Thursday 1:30PM–10:00PM or until job is complete. Overtime required as work load demands.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage accurate inventory of Point of Sale merchandise.
Accurately prepare and organize all outgoing Point of Sale merchandise for delivery.
Check-in and put away all Point of Sale merchandise.
Prepare daily outbound Point of Sale report.
Manage effective use and distribution of Point of Sale materials.
Communicate all new and seasonal Point of Sale materials to the sales team.
Facilitate and assist with all seasonal special event planning and coordination.
Maintaining all special events equipment. Including building and cleaning Waymatic trailers and jockey boxes.
Assist with training new sales team members on proper procedures for requesting Point of Sale merchandise and event planning.
Design and print tap-stickers
Ensure graphics on all POS are up to date
Quarterly inventory audits
Assist in warehouse and sign shop as needed including
Assisting with loading and unloading delivery trucks
Stocking the warehouse
Building pallet orders for retail delivery with voice pick technology
REQUIREMENTS:
1-2 years experience in a warehouse environment
Self-motivated and highly organized
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent decision making ability
Excellent computer skills, working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
Ability and willingness to work independently
Experience with Adobe Illustrator a plus, but not required
Experience with draft equipment a plus, but not required
Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
CRITICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Sufficient manual dexterity to operate business equipment including, but not limited to, computer keyboard, telephone, copier, and printer.
Sufficient manual dexterity to operate equipment including, but not limited to, forklift, pallet jack, hand truck
Climbing stairs and inclined surfaces on a daily basis
Walking on hard surfaces on a frequent basis
Frequent exposure to temperatures ranging from 30 - 100 degrees F on a seasonal basis
Two handed lifting of up to 40 pounds from floor to shoulder height on an occasional basis
