Architecture-Project Manager Alfandre Architecture, PC New Paltz, NY 12561 Rate of pay: $75,000.00/yr-$90,000.00/yr.
Manage all phases of one or more Projects. Oversee code compliance with applicable codes, standards, and guidelines. 3-7 years architecture project management experience, 3 years full working knowledge of REVIT, AutoCad, Sketch-Up, Nutech, Adobe Creative Suites, Microsoft Office, and Strong research skills required. Able to work collaboratively with team. Self Directed, extremely Organized, able to exercise sound judgement. Strong technical, Written, and Verbal Communication Skills.
