As a Security Officer Patrol Detail in New Orleans, LA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Education, and more. What You'll Do:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and notifying appropriate personnel.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout campus buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
Monitor access points and assist students, staff, visitors, and/or contractors with directions, information, and reporting procedures in accordance with location protocols.
Support daily operations at an educational location by reporting maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious activity to the appropriate contacts.
Minimum Requirements:
Customer service experience is preferred.
The ability to ride a bike for long periods of time is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
