ManpowerGroup Inventory Control & Inside Sales Supervisor in New Orleans, Louisiana
Our client, a dynamic organization specializing in aftermarket engine control parts, is seeking a dedicated Inventory Control & Inside Sales Supervisor to join their team. As an Inventory Control & Inside Sales Supervisor, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the warehouse and office teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Inventory Control & Inside Sales Supervisor
Location: New Orleans, LA
Pay Range: $31.00-$40.00 per hour
Shift: Monday–Thursday 7:30 AM–4:30 PM; Friday 7:30 AM–3:00 PM
What's the Job?
Maintain accurate inventory levels and create weekly purchase orders, primarily with our Germany-based factory team.
Monitor stock and initiate reorders based on usage, forecasts, and order activity.
Assist with receiving monthly shipping containers from Germany, including moving pallets and forklift operations (training available).
Manage incoming customer orders, generate pick tickets, delivery notes, and invoices using QuickBooks.
Support small facility tasks such as changing light bulbs, minor repairs, and workspace upkeep.
What's Needed?
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks (order entry, invoicing, basic reporting).
Experience in inventory control, supply chain, inside sales, or related operational roles.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with international partners.
Ability to work independently within a small-team environment.
