Job Summary
Ardent Services, LLC
Directly supervise and participate in the installation, alterations, additions and/or repairs of electrical systems, conductors and associated materials and equipment within a certain scope of the project. Capable of supervising small crews of craft persons with guidance from General Foreman.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Able to evaluate and assign work from drawings and diagrams.
Layout the work for the employees in crew.
Complete regular safety walk through and weekly inspections with General Foreman.
Plan, Effectively Communicate and Monitor crew’s progress, direct the crew and inform General Foreman of job status.
Knowledge of company’s and clients safety programs and requirements.
Knowledge of the National Electrical Code and OSHA Electrical Safe Work Practices
Knowledge of use, limitations and maintenance of all Personal Protective Equipment required for the assigned work.
Knowledge of hazards and safe work procedures associated with working from elevated work areas and personnel lift equipment.
Knowledge of hazards and safe work procedures associated with the assigned work including but not limited to Lockout/Tagout, Confined Spaces, Emergency Action Plans, Safe Work Permits, Incident Reporting, and Hazcom procedures.
