Responsibilities
Coordinate all activities for major IT-related projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards are met.
Assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, and develop schedules to meet project deadlines.
Develop detailed project plans and prototypes in collaboration with team members.
Work with commercial off-the-shelf solutions and client/server technology integrations.
Identify resources needed and manage project scope, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with clients, functional group managers, and senior management to ensure project success.
Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and maintain stakeholder communication.
Implement and oversee project management methodologies, including MS-Project and other tools.
Lead organizational change initiatives and establish KPIs for ongoing project evaluation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business Administration, or Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
8+ years of related experience in computer programming, project management, or similar fields.
Experience leading large projects, coordinating teams, and managing multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS-Project), database programming, and web-based application development.
Strong knowledge of client/server systems, SQL, and web technologies.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams.
Ability to analyze complex problems, evaluate options, and make strategic decisions.
U.S. Citizenship required.
