What You'll Be Doing
Operate a front-end loader to safely and efficiently manage aggregate materials
Maintain proper stockpile levels and ensure material quality
Perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance
Assist with plant operations, cleanup, and material handling as needed
Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment

Proven ability to safely operate heavy equipment with attention to detail
Strong situational awareness and commitment to safety practices
Capability to perform physical tasks in a fast‑paced environment
Reliability, teamwork, and strong communication skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support daily plant needs
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
