Dartmouth Health Licensed Nurse Assistant (LNA) - Med Surg, Per Diem in New London, New Hampshire
Overview
Support the integration of collaborative care planning for individual patients and implement the standards of nursing in the processes of care.
Responsibilities
General Clinical Practice
Performs all assigned patient care responsibilities according to the standards of care at NLH and within the scope of practice established for LNAs.
Demonstrates the skills necessary to provide age appropriate care to the population served.
Documents care provided using hospital standards.
Reinforces education to patients and families.
Reports any untoward symptoms or changes to appropriate RN/LPN.
Monitors the patient environment to assure that it is safe and free from hazards.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited LNA program
0-1 year relevant clinical practice
Hospital experience preferred
Required Licensure/Certifications
REQUIRED LICENSE(S):
• LNA - NH or temp LNA - NHREQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
• (BLS) Basic Life Support
Area of Interest:LNA/MA
Pay Range:$20.68/Hr. - $32.05/Hr.
FTE/Hours per pay period:.01 hrs/per week (per diem/temp)
