Bachelors degree in Architecture with 6 months of experience, Analyze construction bid drawings, specifications, and related documentation; estimate material, labor, and equipment costs using PlanSwift, Bluebeam, MS Excel, and RSMeans; Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand the project scope using MS Teams and develop accurate cost estimates using MS Word and MS Excel; Prepare and submit bid proposals, and participate in bid meetings and clarifications using MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Bid Express, and Building Connected; Prepare and upload submittals and closeout documents using Adobe Acrobat. Perform quantity takeoffs using PlanSwift or Bluebeam estimating software. Draft conceptual plans, shop drawings, detailed layouts, and sketches using autocad 2026 and SketchUp. Prepare and update project schedules for construction activities using MS Project. Guide project managers in preparing change orders for ongoing projects using MS Excel and MS Word. Work with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and ensure timely delivery using CRM tools and Outlook. Provide cost estimating and budgeting guidance throughout the project lifecycle using MS Excel and Primavera. Attend project meetings and assist with contract negotiation and budget management using MS Teams, Zoom, and Procore.
