Design USA Inc LOGISTICS - ADMINISTRATOR in New Hudson, Michigan

JOB DESCRIPTON

Responsibilities

  • Assist in all logistics-related paperwork and documentation.
  • Handle Goods Received Voucher (GRV) and verification for incoming goods.
  • Manage import and export documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Maintain and update stock databases accurately.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for transportation and delivery of goods.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a High School diploma or GED equivalent required

``` - Strong organizational and administrative skills. - Basic understanding of logistics, inventory management, and documentation processes. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and database management. - Attention to detail and accuracy in handling paperwork. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Previous experience in logistics or documentation is a plus.

JOB TYPE: FULL-TIME 40 HOUR WEEK

 (Mon -- Thurs, 7am -- 4pm, Fri 7am -- 1pm)
