JOB DESCRIPTON
Responsibilities
- Assist in all logistics-related paperwork and documentation.
- Handle Goods Received Voucher (GRV) and verification for incoming goods.
- Manage import and export documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Maintain and update stock databases accurately.
- Prepare necessary documentation for transportation and delivery of goods.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a High School diploma or GED equivalent required

``` - Strong organizational and administrative skills. - Basic understanding of logistics, inventory management, and documentation processes. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and database management. - Attention to detail and accuracy in handling paperwork. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Previous experience in logistics or documentation is a plus.
