Aerotek Medical Assembler in New Hope, Minnesota

MONDAY - THURSDAY SCHEDULE
Build life‑saving medical devices in a clean, high‑tech environment.
As a Medical Assembler, you’ll work hands-on assembling and inspecting French catheters using precision tools and microscopes. You’ll be trained across multiple product lines and play a critical role in delivering high-quality medical products.
What You’ll Do
Assemble and string catheter components through multiple stages
Perform reflow, visual inspection, and final packaging
Use microscopes, tweezers, and small hand tools
Complete detailed manual tasks like braiding and stretching
Cross-train and support different product lines as needed
What We’re Looking For
6 months–1 year of medical or small-part assembly experience (catheters preferred)
Experience using microscopes and fine hand tools
Strong hand dexterity and attention to detail
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn

Work Schedule & Environment
Clean, temperature-controlled clean room
First shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM
Overtime on most Fridays through year-end
Expanding facility to support continued growth
Position will require you to work in New Hope, MN until June 2026/May 2026, and must be open to transitioning to Maplewood, MN.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Hope, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
