Job Title: Medical Assembler Job Description
Join our team as a Medical Assembler, where you will work in a clean room environment to manufacture various styles of French catheters. Your role will include basic assembly of catheter components, stringing catheters, reflow, visual inspection, and final packaging. You will utilize small hand tools, tweezers, and microscopes to build catheters, some of which can be complex, involving up to 17 different stages. Flexibility to learn and adapt to different product lines and assemblies is essential.
Responsibilities
Perform manual and hand assembly of catheters, including braiding, stretching, and pulling.
Conduct visual inspections and ensure quality control of assembled products.
Operate small hand tools, tweezers, and microscopes to assist in assembly processes.
Ensure final packaging of products is completed to standard.
Adapt to various product lines and assembly processes as needed.
Essential Skills
6+ months to 1 year of medical assembly experience, preferably with catheter assemblies.
Experience using basic hand tools, tweezers, cutters, and pliers.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Willingness to learn and be cross-trained in multiple areas.
Ability to perform hands-on/manual assembly tasks.

Work Environment
Our facility offers a clean room working environment that is well-lit and temperature-controlled. The clean room requires gowning, smocks, hair nets, and glasses. The position operates on the 1st shift from 5am-3:30pm, Monday through Thursday, with overtime scheduled most Fridays through the end of the year. We are also expanding our facility to accommodate our growth.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
