Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented person in our Install & Service Scheduling Department to join our dynamic team in New Hope, MN. This position plays a vital role in coordinating installation and service projects, maintaining clear communication between customers, contractors and technicians, and ensuring work is completed efficiently and on schedule. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction scheduling, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to troubleshoot jobsite-related issues while supporting both field and office operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist the install manager in scheduling installation and service projects with homeowners and contractors. Communicate with installers and service technicians regarding scheduling, job site readiness, and technical questions. Review framing, site conditions, and other construction details to ensure installation readiness. Coordinate with contractors and homeowners to confirm appointments and resolve potential issues. Provide timely updates on project progress and changes to relevant team members. Maintain scheduling documentation and job tracking systems. Assist in maintaining relationships with contractors and ensure project timelines are met. Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and reporting purposes. Support the service and installation teams with administrative and coordination tasks as needed. Working Conditions: Office-based position with regular communication with field staff and contractors. Standard weekday hours with occasional flexibility required for project coordination. Fast-paced environment requires multitasking and proactive communication.
