ManpowerGroup Training Supervisor (Direct Hire) - 1st Shift - $80K-$90K in New Holland, Pennsylvania
Our client, a leading organization in the food processing industry, is seeking a Training Supervisor to join their team. As a Training Supervisor, you will be part of the Operations department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement, which will align successfully in the organization. This is a direct hour opportunity with full benefits.
Job Title: Training Supervisor (Direct Hire)
Location: New Holland, PA
Pay Range: $80K - $90K
Shift: First Shift with some 3rd shift and weekend hours for training purposes
What's the Job?
Oversee and direct the training of new employees and employees transitioning to new roles
Identify training gaps and needs, designing effective training solutions to address them
Coordinate, oversee, and lead training initiatives to enhance safety, quality, delivery, cost, and workforce capabilities
Facilitate root cause analysis events and coach using A3 methodology to drive continuous improvement
Develop and implement improvements in current training systems and processes, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards
What's Needed?
Minimum of a 2-year degree in business management or equivalent work experience
2-4 years of experience in a food processing environment preferred
Proven process improvement mindset and supervisory experience
Technical and mechanical aptitude
Experience developing and delivering training programs in an industrial setting
