In this role you will be responsible for monitoring, measuring, and improving products and associated processes ensuring quality products in a clean, safety-focused environment. Why You’ll Love Working Here Competitive Pay – Earn $24–$26/hr Work‑Life Balance – 12‑hour 2‑3‑2 schedule gives you 14+ days off per month Paid Training Program – 8–12 weeks of on‑the‑job, hands‑on instruction Strong Benefits – Medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays Future‑Ready Perks – 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, volunteer time off Career Advancement – Clear pathways to grow within manufacturing, production, and technical role Responsibilities What You'll do: Selects, applies, and interprets basic quality tools and techniques such as Pareto charts, histograms, check sheets, flowcharts, SPC charts, etc. Describes, selects, and uses appropriate measurement equipment and evaluates measurement results to determine conformance to specifications Develops and/or performs inspection of product at various phases (first/last piece, in-process, and final) to established specifications which may include cosmetic, dimensional, functional, and agency requirements Interprets specifications, and procedures to perform inspection, testing, or other job functions Determines sample size, selection method and accept/reject criteria used in various situations given guidance from Management Performs product and process audits as assigned Understands and applies corrective action processes, including failure analysis, 8Ds, 5 Whys, etc. to determine root cause and corrective action Identifies and labels non-conforming product and coordinates the segregation of non-conforming product to the appropriate location. Recommends dispositions on non-conforming product to the material review board (MRB) or other authority Assists with verification and validation of new or revised products and processes Qualifications Work Environment/Physical Demands: Work performed primarily on the manufacturing floor; noise levels may be moderate to high; PPE required Approximately 80% hands‑on production work and 20% clerical tasks Regular lifting up to 30 lbs; occasional lifting up to 45 lbs Exposure to varying temperatures May require standing or sitting for prolonged periods Occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and coordinated hand/foot movements Education & Experience Ideal Work & Educational Background: High School Diploma or equivalent, two-year technical degree preferred Minimum two years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment, five years preferred Ability to effectively communicate in verbal and written English Ability to utilize Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook at a basic level What We Offer Ready to build something that matters?
