Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Assistant Sanitation Supervisor to join their team. As an Assistant Sanitation Supervisor, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting sanitation and safety initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization. This is a direct hire opportunity with full benefits.
Job Title: Assistant Sanitation Supervisor
Location: New Holland, PA
Pay Range: $60K-80K
Shift: 3rd Shift (10pm-7am)
What's the Job?
Assist in executing the facility’s sanitation schedule to ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
Support daily sanitation operations, including equipment teardown, cleaning, sanitizing, and reassembly.
Help train employees in sanitation procedures, GMPs, chemical safety, and safe work practices.
Maintain sanitation logs, checklists, chemical usage records, and other documentation required for compliance.
Collaborate with Production during changeovers and sanitation windows to minimize downtime and ensure efficiency.
What's Needed?
4-year degree or equivalent work experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment, preferably in consumer packaged goods and sanitation.
Proficiency in computer skills for documentation and reporting.
Self-motivation and a strong safety awareness mindset.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and team members.
Flexibility to work a varied schedule and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
