Were looking for an Apparel Specialist who brings equal parts product knowledge, customer care, and enthusiasm for helping riders stay safe, comfortable, and confident on every ride.
What Youll Do
Guide riders through gear selectionhelmets, jackets, gloves, boots, protection, and lifestyle apparel for all segments-sport, adventure, cruiser, classic, and off-road
Deliver personalized, transparent service that reflects Cyclewise\'s commitment to safety and comfort
Manage inventory: ordering, receiving, tagging, organizing, and merchandising apparel and accessories
Create an inviting retail experience through clean displays, seasonal layouts, and brand storytelling
Meet with suppliers to learn new trends, restock, and collaborate on product offerings
Educate customers on fit, safety ratings, materials, and product differences
Support sales goals through product recommendations and upselling when appropriate
Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Maintain a tidy, organized showroom that reflects our professional standards
Assist in online sales fulfillment.
