Onward Search Education is partnering with a supportive district in New Haven County, CT, to hire a dedicated School Psychologist for the 2025-2026 school year. Position Details
Length of contract: 25/26 school year
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Hours: Full-time
Location: New Haven County, CT
Key Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and evaluations to support students' academic and social-emotional development
Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to create and implement individualized plans
Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed
Participate in IEP meetings and support compliance with special education requirements
Contribute to multi-tiered systems of support and district-wide mental health initiatives
Qualifications
Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
Valid Connecticut School Psychologist certification (or eligibility)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Passion for supporting student success
