The ideal candidate brings a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, 3+ years of relevant industry experience, advanced Excel skills, and outstanding communication and leadership abilities.
Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel functions.
• Proven ability to manage annual budgets and conduct variance analysis.
• Solid understanding of cost structures and margin improvement strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
• Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering accurate and high-quality work.
