Dynamic Duo Support is Seeking: Experienced Female Direct Support Professional (DSP) for New Gretna, NJSchedule:Monday through FridayMorning Shift: 7:00 AM - 9:00 AMAfternoon Shift: 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM(Full-time: 40 hours per week)Pay Rate: $18-$22 per hour, based on experience and qualificationsDynamic Duo Support LLC is seeking a compassionate and reliable Female Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide individualized support to a 69‑year‑old woman with an intellectual disability and multiple medical needs. This role involves assisting her both in the home and out in the community, helping her stay engaged, active, and connected.Key Responsibilities:Support individuals with daily living activities while promoting independenceEncourage social and community engagementFoster a supportive and positive living environmentAssist in building personal growth and life skillsProvide compassionate care and supervisionAid with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as personal hygiene, meal prep and household tasksQualifications:Previous DSP or caregiving experience preferredKnowledge of group home or assisted living settingsHigh school diploma or GED requiredValid driver’s license and reliable transportationCurrent Adult First Aid & CPR certificationApply online today at dynamicduosupport.com
