Farmworker Transportation Operator needed to plant, cultivate and harvest asparagus, apples, strawberries, blueberries, peaches, cucumbers, squash, and pumpkins; tree crops. Workers will also complete tasks associated with general farm work, including but not limited to transplanting, applying fertilizer, weeding, pruning, hoeing, and installing and maintaining irrigation systems. Work will occur in Oceana County.

Work schedule is generally 36 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Additional hours may be offered but not required. will primarily transport farmworkers between housing and work sites, ensuring the safe and timely arrival of employees. This includes operating buses and other authorized vehicles in compliance with all State and Federal regulations. When performing driving duties, the worker must maintain all required licenses and authorizations applicable to the type of vehicle operated, including a valid and unexpired Federal Farm Labor Contractor (FFLC) or FFLC Employee (FFLCE) registration with driving authorization, when required. Transportation duties will constitute approximately 50 percent of the workday.

Workers will be paid a minimum of $18.26 per hour, with the opportunity to earn more through piece rate work. Wage applicable to foreign H-2A workers is $16.94 per hour
