Role Overview
As our new Director of Sales & Marketing , you will lead the overall commercial strategy of the hotel—driving revenue growth, strengthening brand positioning, and building high-impact partnerships across all market segments. From setting sales direction to leading marketing initiatives, you’ll play a critical role in maximizing profitability and market share.
Strategic Leadership
Developing and executing the hotel’s overall sales & marketing strategy
Driving revenue across all segments: corporate, leisure, MICE, and travel trade
Setting budgets, forecasts, and performance targets
Key Relationship Management
Building and maintaining relationships with key corporate clients, travel partners, and stakeholders
Leading high-value negotiations and long-term contracts
Revenue Optimization
Collaborating with revenue management to optimize pricing, distribution, and inventory
Identifying new revenue streams and business opportunities
Brand & Market Positioning
Overseeing marketing campaigns, branding, and digital presence
Ensuring strong visibility in local and international markets
Representation & Networking
Representing the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and leadership forums
Strengthening the hotel’s reputation and market presence
Performance & Analytics
Monitoring market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights
Using data to refine sales and marketing strategies
Team Leadership
Leading, mentoring, and developing the sales & marketing team
Driving a high-performance, target-oriented culture
Cross-functional Collaboration
Working closely with operations, finance, and revenue teams
Ensuring seamless guest experience and commercial alignment
What we need from you:
✔ Experience
8–12+ years in hotel sales & marketing
Proven leadership experience in a similar senior role
Strong track record of driving revenue growth and market share
✔ Skills
Advanced negotiation and leadership skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management
Deep understanding of market segmentation and distribution channels
✔ Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
MBA or equivalent (preferred)
