ManpowerGroup Workday Test Lead Analyst in New Brunswick, New Jersey

Our client, a leading organization in the Human Resources and enterprise technology sector, is seeking a Workday Test Lead Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a Workday Test Lead Analyst, you will be an integral part of the HR Technology department supporting global HR system implementations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Workday Test Lead Analyst

Location: Remote EST Time Zone

Type: Contract

Duration: 12 months

Pay Range: $85/hr

What's the Job?

  • Define and manage the overall Workday testing strategy across multiple modules.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts to ensure quality standards.

  • Coordinate testing activities across functional teams, system integrators, and regional stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

  • Oversee integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and payroll validation cycles to guarantee system integrity.

  • Manage defect tracking and resolution processes, ensuring timely resolution and quality delivery.

What's Needed?

  • 7+ years of experience leading testing for enterprise HR or Workday implementations.

  • All applicants MUST be Workday Certified

  • Strong experience with test strategy, test planning, and defect management.

  • Experience managing global testing teams across multiple regions.

  • Familiarity with Workday modules including HCM, Recruiting, and Payroll integrations.

  • Experience coordinating with system integrators and cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
