Among the key duties of this position are the following:- Oversees food production, ensuring that all food is produced in a timely manner to meet needs, and is presented in an attractive and appealing style.- Oversees kitchen personnel in the production of hot and cold food, in the cleaning of food preparation areas, and in the control of food costs. Certifications/Licenses- ServSafe certification or certification within one year of employment.- Must pass the Food Handler's Certification. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- Good communication skills and computer literacy in industry standard software.- Ability to read and follow standardized recipes and production worksheets.
