Rate of Pay: $150,000 - $175,000
Job Duties: Lead and manage HealthCare Compliance projects for data management, business and data analytics. Identify, develop, and implement innovative solutions that enhance user experience, improve process efficiencies and enable significant automation. Responsible for creating and maintaining a suite of critical dashboards using Tableau Desktop and other Front End Development related tools like Plotly wherever necessary. Use Alteryx Designer software for analyzing trends, seasonality, and correlation in critical Healthcare Compliance Data. Partner with IT and other HCC Technology teams to identify and develop Artificial Intelligence based solutions to reduce risk and ensure time savings for end users. Partner with data architect(s) to establish short- and long-term technology strategy for data staging & modelling. Analyze and understand key business questions that can be addressed by using advanced data science concepts. Lead and support projects that facilitate the advancement of predictive analytics. Leverage advanced capabilities like Machine Learning and Large Language Models to solve internal challenges and to introduce significant automation of tasks. Conduct technology experiments and prototypes using J&J's standard & advanced technology stack (Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, AWS, Databricks, DENODO, Open AI APIs). Provide technical project management for citizen development efforts, including requirements gathering, user story creation (as needed), timeline estimation, unit/system testing, and deployment planning. Mentor and empower colleagues to optimize the use of technology to solve business problems and champion HCC’s culture of innovation. Build and maintain a network of technical connections across a variety of platforms, such as citizen development and cloud solutions. Perform research and share trends related to new technological advancements related to Generative AI and Artificial Intelligence based Agents.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Master's degree in Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a Manager, Compliance & Technology Integration-related occupation.

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
