Position Title : Executive Administrative Assistant, Results & Impact

Function : Global Corporate Affairs (GCA)

Reports to : Vice President, Results & Impact

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for an Executive Administrative Assistant to join our Results & Impact team supporting our Vice President, Results & Impact leader located in New Brunswick .

Per our J&J Flex Policy, the expectation for this position is to work in the office 3 days per week and work from home 2 days per week.

Role Summary

The Executive Administrative Assistant, Results & Impact provides senior-level administrative and operational support to the Vice President, Results & Impact and serves as a trusted partner in enabling effective leadership, enterprise engagement, and execution across a complex, highly matrixed organization.

This role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and organizational agility. The Executive Administrative Assistant operates with a high degree of independence, proactively managing priorities, coordinating across senior leaders, and ensuring the VP’s time, decisions, and engagements are aligned to the highest-value work. The role is integral to the smooth functioning of the Results & Impact leadership agenda and interfaces regularly with executive offices across Global Corporate Affairs, Enterprise functions, sectors, and external partners.

This role also provides support to the LT of the Results & Impact team.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Leadership Support

  • Provide comprehensive, proactive administrative support to the Vice President, Results & Impact, including complex calendar management, meeting prioritization, and scheduling across global time zones.

  • Serve as a strategic gatekeeper for the VP’s time, using judgment to appropriately sequence, prioritize, and resolve competing demands.

  • Prepare the VP for internal and external engagements by coordinating pre-reads, briefing materials, agendas, and follow-ups.

  • Anticipate needs and resolve issues independently to support effective executive decision-making.

Meeting & Workflow Management

  • Coordinate leadership meetings, working sessions, and cross-functional forums, including agenda development, material consolidation, note-taking (as needed), and action-item tracking.

  • Manage end‑to‑end logistics for high‑stakes meetings (in person and virtual), including participant coordination, room reservations, technology support, and follow‑ups.

  • Ensure timely flow of information between the VP, direct reports, peers, and stakeholders.

Enterprise & Cross‑Functional Coordination

  • Act as a key liaison between the Results & Impact team and broader GCA leadership, Enterprise partners (e.g., Finance, HR, IT), and sector stakeholders.

  • Support coordination of enterprise initiatives owned or supported by Results & Impact, ensuring alignment of timelines, inputs, and leadership engagement.

  • Maintain strong working relationships with other senior administrative professionals across GCA and the enterprise to enable seamless coordination.

Operational & Administrative Excellence

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.

  • Manage expenses, purchase order coordination, travel arrangements, and administrative processes in compliance with enterprise policies.

  • Support onboarding and transitions for new team members, vendors, or partners connected to the Results & Impact organization.

  • Maintain organized records, files, and documentation to support continuity and efficiency.

Continuous Improvement & Ways of Working

  • Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes, improve workflows, and enhance executive support practices.

  • Contribute to a culture of operational excellence, professionalism, and collaboration across the Results & Impact team and GCA more broadly.

  • Provide administrative and operational support for projects with the other members of the Results & Impact team.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives (VP or equivalent level) in a complex, fast‑paced, matrixed organization.

  • Proven ability to manage ambiguity, exercise sound judgment, and handle highly sensitive information with discretion.

  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem‑solving skills with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact confidently with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders.

  • High proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with peers and leadership teams.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$63,000.00 - $101,430.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation –120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year

Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year

This position is eligible for benefits to include medical, dental, vision and time off, as well as any others as provided for in the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement.
