Aerotek Maintenance Technician in New Brighton, Minnesota

Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift

What You’ll Do

  • Perform preventive & corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment

  • Maintain 30 injection molding machines and related automation/robotics

  • Troubleshoot electrical systems (2‑ & 3‑phase, up to 440V)

  • Maintain HVAC systems (RTUs, chillers, air compressors)

  • Repair hydraulic systems, pumps, and utilities

  • Complete PMs (heavy focus on Fridays) and support improvement projects

  • Read schematics, perform basic PLC troubleshooting (Mitsubishi preferred)

  • Document work and follow strict Lockout/Tagout safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

Required

  • Industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience

  • Strong mechanical & electrical troubleshooting skills

  • Experience with injection molding equipment

  • Ability to read electrical & mechanical schematics

  • HVAC and hydraulics experience

  • Safety‑focused mindset

Nice to Have

  • PLC, robotics, pneumatics, or automation experience

  • Facilities maintenance experience

  • Interest in certifications or continued training

Schedule

  • 2nd Shift: Mon–Fri | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

  • Initial 1st shift training (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

  • Stable 5x8 schedule

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of New Brighton, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $31.00/hr.
