Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift

What You’ll Do
Perform preventive & corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment
Maintain 30 injection molding machines and related automation/robotics
Troubleshoot electrical systems (2‑ & 3‑phase, up to 440V)
Maintain HVAC systems (RTUs, chillers, air compressors)
Repair hydraulic systems, pumps, and utilities
Complete PMs (heavy focus on Fridays) and support improvement projects
Read schematics, perform basic PLC troubleshooting (Mitsubishi preferred)
Document work and follow strict Lockout/Tagout safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
Required
Industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
Strong mechanical & electrical troubleshooting skills
Experience with injection molding equipment
Ability to read electrical & mechanical schematics
HVAC and hydraulics experience
Safety‑focused mindset
Nice to Have
PLC, robotics, pneumatics, or automation experience
Facilities maintenance experience
Interest in certifications or continued training
Schedule
2nd Shift: Mon–Fri | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Initial 1st shift training (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
Stable 5x8 schedule

This is a Permanent position based out of New Brighton, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $31.00/hr.
