Job Duties:
Provide functional strategy execution, and operational oversight for Branch Programs across the enterprise.
Provide program strategy, performance, and continuous improvement ideas, ensuring alignment with Branch Operations objectives and company-wide initiatives.
Partner closely with executive leadership, branch leadership, and cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, IT, Safety, and Supply Chain to evaluate, define and prioritize scalable, high-impact programs that support branch performance and customer outcomes.
This position has oversight and influence on Branch Programs staff and serves as the primary owner for governance, reporting, and long-term program effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications:
8-15 years of experience
Bachelor’s degree (Business Management, Accounting, or Operations). Non-degree considered if 8+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED
Occasional travel (0-5%)
Occasional overnight stays (0-5%)
Preferred Qualifications:
Progressive experience in operations, program management or business leadership.
Experience in branch-based, multi-location, or distributed operations environments.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and ROI analysis.
Advanced analytical, communication and executive presentation skills.
Experience leading teams through transformation or large-scale change.
