Bender Apparel is seeking a Production Team Lead to oversee screen print operations and help guide our production team. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on organization, efficiency, and quality control.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and organizing the screen print production team
- Managing workflow, job staging, and daily production priorities
- Ensuring quality standards are met on all printed apparel
- Coordinating materials, garments, and production schedules
- Identifying process improvements to increase efficiency
- Assisting in training and supporting production staff
