Summary

We are seeking a Patient Services Representative to join our team at CCHC New Bern Internal Medicine Specialists. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support as part of our mission to provide comprehensive health care.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient scheduling and appointment confirmations efficiently.
• Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services.
• Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with medical staff to facilitate smooth patient flow.
• Process insurance verifications and assist patients with billing questions.
• Support administrative tasks as needed to enhance office operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a medical office setting is required.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology is essential.
• Experience in medical administrative support is highly preferred.
• Previous office experience will be considered an asset.
