Your Role in Our Mission
As a Child Placement Therapist, you will be a key member of a multidisciplinary team responsible for delivering high-quality, community-based therapeutic services. You will provide clinical assessments, develop and monitor person-centered plans, support caregivers with behavioral strategies, and guide youth and families toward improved coping, stability, and long-term well-being.
Your work will take place across therapeutic foster homes, natural environments, and community settings, ensuring care is accessible, person-centered, and aligned with best practices.
What Youll Do
- Provideweekly individual and family therapy, including reunification work, in home- or community-based settings.
- Delivercrisis intervention servicesto stabilize placements and support youth and caregivers.
- Complete and updateComprehensive Clinical Assessmentsannually and as required at placement.
- FacilitateChild and Family Team (CFT) meetingsand participate in multidisciplinary staffing and supervision.
- Develop, implement, and monitorperson-centered plans, offering psychoeducation and behavioral support to children and caregivers.
- Assist foster parents throughtraining, behavioral coaching, and skills-building interventionsto enhance coping and stability.
- Maintain a therapeutic caseload, document all services to ESPH/state/federal standards, and coordinate transitions across service systems.

What Were Looking For
Education and Licensure
- Masters degree in ahuman services fieldfrom an accredited institution
- Active or provisionalLCSW, LCMHC, LMFT or LCAS
