Identify the organization\'s training and development needs and assist with creating new initiatives, reform, and improve existing programs. Present training content or supervise trainers and other staff. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Create and administer tests to determine the employees\' skill levels, performance gaps, and areas of improvement that new training methods could help with. * Work with program manager on creating and delivering training workshops and courses for employee development. * Produce training materials using print, presentations, audiovisual means, and digital tools. * Collaborate with training team to refine training courses and introduce new training activities to help with retention and engagement. * Measure learners\' progress against established development standards and learning milestones. * Supervise the creation of detailed and accurate progress reports and ensure both training participants and management...
