This Position reports to:Automation Manager The Process Engineering Lead oversees a team of process engineers and document specialists, ensuring consistent execution, standardization, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for mentoring and training team members, driving process effectiveness, and aligning engineering practices with strategic production goals. The Process Engineering Lead plays a key role in maintaining high-performance production lines, integrating new products, and ensuring quality and capacity targets are met. The work model for the role is: Onsite This role is contributing to the Smart Process Design Team in New Berlin, WI. You will report to the Smart Process Design Manager.
