Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs on equipment. You will also troubleshoot these issues and perform PLC troubleshooting, including reading ladder logic and checking inputs and outputs. Additionally, you will conduct preventative and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
Responsibilities
Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs on equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
Conduct PLC troubleshooting, including reading ladder logic and checking inputs/outputs.
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability.
Essential Skills
3+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in a food/GMP regulated environment.
3+ years of experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Ability to problem-solve complex issues with minimal supervision.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in food manufacturing and GMP procedures is a plus.
Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting.

Work Environment
The work schedule is primarily from 3 PM to 11 PM, with an initial training period on the 1st shift from 7 AM to 3 PM. Work may occasionally be required on weekends, mostly Saturdays and some Sundays, with a preference for voluntary participation. The position is in a food manufacturing facility, requiring adherence to GMP procedures and the wearing of hair nets and beard nets.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
