Job Description
We are actively seeking reliable and skilled HVAC Service Technicians to join our growing team. This role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and servicing residential and/or commercial HVAC systems. Candidates should be customer‑focused, safety‑minded, and ready to start work immediately.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
Perform routine maintenance and preventative service on HVAC equipment
Install and replace HVAC components and systems as needed
Test systems for efficiency, safety, and proper operation
Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs and recommendations
Complete service reports and documentation accurately and on time
Adhere to company safety procedures and industry standards
Respond to emergency service calls when required
Qualifications
1+ years of HVAC service or maintenance experience preferred
EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and blueprints
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments
Preferred Skills
Commercial HVAC experience
Experience with refrigeration, boilers, or rooftop units

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $38.00/hr.
