Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic
Job Description
Join a dynamic team as a Maintenance Mechanic in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Columbus, Ohio. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of injection molded product machinery by performing both preventative and reactive maintenance.
Responsibilities
Perform maintenance on blow mold environment leak testing machines, unscrambling machines, extrusion equipment, material bins, vacuum systems, and palletizing systems.
Execute preventative and reactive maintenance on equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical issues on industrial manufacturing equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
Essential Skills
2+ years of experience performing maintenance in an industrial environment.
1+ year of electrical troubleshooting on industrial manufacturing equipment.
2+ years of experience performing mechanical maintenance on industrial equipment.
2+ years of experience troubleshooting pneumatics.
Proficiency in reading blueprints.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to wire both AC and DC motors using schematics.
Experience with PLC troubleshooting, particularly Siemens PLCs.
Experience in blow mold maintenance.
Knowledge of plastics, plastic manufacturing equipment, machine tools, power transmission equipment, rigging, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

Work Environment
Work in a GMP environment that is impeccably clean and organized. Join a team of 80-100 individuals, with safety protocols requiring the use of hair and beard nets. The position operates on a 6:45 PM to 7:00 AM shift with a rotating schedule of 2 on, 2 off, and 3 on. Training is provided during day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, lasting up to four weeks.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.00/hr.
