Job Title: Production Associate
Job Description:
The Production Associate is responsible for loading finished goods into boxes for packaging, palletizing and staging finished goods up to 50 lbs. for shipment, loading the production line with empty cartons for filling machines, and ensuring the quality of labeling and placement. Additionally, the role includes assisting with the receipt of raw materials.
Responsibilities:
Load finished goods into boxes for packaging.
Palletize and stage finished goods up to 50 lbs. for shipment.
Load the production line with empty cartons for filling machines.
Ensure the quality of labeling and placement on finished goods.
Assist in receiving raw materials.
Essential Skills:
1+ year of manufacturing experience.
1+ year of experience in packaging, palletizing, machine operating, or factory labor.
Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs.
Skills in assembly, forklift operation, GMP compliance, material handling, and general labor.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Forklift operation is a plus.
Experience in material handling is a plus.
Being mechanically inclined is a plus.
Machine operating experience is a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
