Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for setting up, maintaining, testing, adjusting, and supporting manufacturing machinery and processes, including dies and molds. The role involves providing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting a wide spectrum of tooling and production equipment to resolve any problematic issues.
Responsibilities
Set up and maintain manufacturing machinery and processes.
Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment.
Troubleshoot issues with tooling and production equipment.
Support machinery processes and adjust as necessary.
Essential Skills
3-5 years of experience in a technical or manufacturing environment.
Experience as a maintenance or equipment technician.
Electrical experience, including working with proximity sensors, servo motors, and production cameras.
Ability to program and troubleshoot PLCs.
Mechanical/electrical experience.
Proficiency in reading product blueprints.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Preferred: 2-Year or 4-Year Electrical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering/Technical Degree.
Familiarity with MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
CPR/First Aid/AED training.
Tool and machine experience with basic machinist skills, general die mechanics, bench work, and soldering.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
Must be able to sit/stand for at least 90 consecutive minutes and lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist.
Experience can supplement or replace educational requirements.
Tool & Die or Electrical Journeyman/Certification is a plus.

Work Environment
Work the 3rd shift, either Sunday-Tuesday or Wednesday-Friday, in an extremely clean and sleek facility with state-of-the-art amenities, including an impressive break room. Adhere to department safety rules and regulations, and be prepared to work in conditions that may involve exposure to noise and hazardous materials, requiring protective gear.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
