As a Working Student eCommerce (m/f/*) within the Consumer Business Gr oup , you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:
Graphic development: Creating customer‑focused graphic designs in Adobe Photoshop, using existing EMEA assets and following brand guidelines, with a focus on marketplace and retail media assets.
Content monitoring and optimization: Focusing on marketplaces, ensuring content accuracy, updating product information, optimizing keywords, and maintaining overall content quality.
Daily operational support: Assisting the Shopper team with routine operational tasks.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:
You are currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s or master’s program in marketing or eCommerce
Data driven mindset
English at C1-level
Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

Dutch
