UL, LLC Regional Facilities Coordinator (m/f/d) in Neu-Isenburg, Germany

The Regional Facilities Coordinator supports the operational effectiveness of multiple sites within designated region. This role ensures facilities are safe, compliant, well-maintained, and operating efficiently. The coordinator partners closely with the Regional Facilities Leader, local site managers/ teams, and external vendors to deliver high-quality facility services and a consistent employee experience. This is a onsite position located in Neu-Isenburg, Germany.

  • Regional Facility Operations

Oversee day to day building operations across multiple sites, ensuring timely maintenance, repairs, inspections, and the effective management of all CMMS /CAFM work orders and preventive maintenance programs

  • Manage Vendors and Service Providers

Coordinate vendor activities—including maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, security, and waste services—by supporting onboarding, managing quotes and purchase orders, and ensuring full compliance with safety and contractual standards.

  • Support EHS, Regulatory, and Sustainability Compliance

Assist with safety audits, fire drills, inspections, and documentation to maintain alignment with internal standards, legal requirements, and sustainability frameworks across all regional facilities.

  • Enhance Space & Workplace Experience

Contribute to space planning, occupancy management, ergonomic assessments, and workplace improvements to deliver an efficient, productive, and employee centric environment.

  • Provide Budgeting & Procurement Support

Track facility expenses, process invoices, assist with budget forecasting, and maintain accurate records related to assets, vendor contracts, and maintenance activities.

  • Coordinate Facility Projects & Upgrades

Support the planning and execution of refurbishments, relocations, equipment installations, and other facility improvement projects—ensuring clear communication and minimal operational disruption.

  • Act as a Central Point of Contact for Facilities

Serve as the regional liaison for facility related inquiries and escalations, communicating timely updates, building notices, and operational changes, while fostering strong relationships with site leaders and cross functional partners

  • Experience in facilities coordination, maintenance support, property management, or a related field with minimum of 5 years’ experience.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple sites.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) is a plus.

  • Ability to interpret and follow regulatory, safety, and compliance guidelines.

  • Proficiency in CMMS / CAFM work order systems (e.g., Brightly Asset Essentials), Microsoft 365, and basic reporting tools

  • Fluent in English (required); German language skills are an advantage

  • Willingness to travel up to 10% and a valid driver’s license preferred

It is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and other factors. This position is eligible for an annual bonus with a target payout of 10% of base salary.
