Project Manager

Become a Project Manager with our Nelson team, managing a range of projects in both Property & Buildings as well as Civil sectors. You will be responsible for managing project planning, scoping, resourcing, risk, and financial performance to ensure quality, client-centric delivery. You will be preparing project scopes, briefs, fee estimates, and delivery plans. This role offers the opportunity to build trusted relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders, including iwi and local authorities.

About you:

· Tertiary qualification in an area related to Project or Construction Management.

· A minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management, preferably within the infrastructure sector.

· Proven ability and track record in managing multidisciplinary projects through the full spectrum of the project life cycle and delivering according to quality, time and budget requirements.

· Extensive expertise in contract administration.

· Strong ability to develop client relationships and manage tenders, successfully securing both new and ongoing projects.
