ManpowerGroup Counter Sales & HVAC Associate in Negaunee, Michigan
Our client, an industrial supply company specializing in HVAC and related products, is seeking a Counter Sales & HVAC Associate to join their team. As a Counter Sales & HVAC Associate, you will be part of the sales and customer service department supporting contractors and walk-in customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Counter Sales & HVAC Associate
Location: Negaunee, MI
Pay Rate: $23.00 per Hour
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:30AM - 4:30PM
What's the Job?
Assist contractors and walk-in customers with HVAC parts and supplies at the counter, via phone, and via computer
Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
Provide product recommendations and basic HVAC technical support
Receive, stock, and organize inventory in the warehouse and sales floor
Maintain a clean, safe, and customer-friendly work environment
What's Needed?
Prior experience in HVAC, plumbing, or industrial supply sales required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to lift and move inventory as needed
Basic computer and point-of-sale system skills
Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to learn
