Our Core Values: Position Overview: The Warehouse Supervisor position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics to support the Horseshoe Beverage Company. This position is onsite at our Horseshoe Beverage facility in Neenah, WI and works a non-rotating 2-2-3 schedule. Responsibilities: Warehouse Operations Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment. Ensure accurate and timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments. Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts and audits. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations. Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse employees to ensure high performance and adherence to procedures. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., procurement, financing, other areas in supply chain, customer service) to meet operational goals. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and workflow. Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Prepare reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and staffing needs. Inventory Management Conduct cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and FIFO product rotation. Evaluate inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement, including FIFO, the reduction of expired products, and proper putaway scanning and retrieval adherence. Collaborate with the Inventory Manager and Supply Chain team to maintain accurate inventory within Ax. Responsible for data integrity and accurate data management within the ERP and WMS system.
