Vision Product Innovation Technician Summary of Position: The Global Vision Product and Power Claims team team seeks a Product Innovation Technician to support identification and delivery of visionary product innovation opportunities for all regions and personal care products (diapers, pads, pants, and beyond). The incumbent receives work direction from an Innovation Strategist and provides coaching/mentoring to other prototypers supporting the Global Vision Product and Power Claims team. The ideal candidate excels at supporting a diversity of front end innovation project activities from consumer understanding, idea generation, visionary prototype creation to visionary product validation. The incumbent supports sample/material procurement, product fabrication, bench/consumer testing, data analysis, IP/ad claims documentation, competitive benchmarking, and creation of leadership/retailer presentations. Additionally, the candidate is excited to support the creation, development and delivery of visionary product innovations (including their aesthetics) under accelerated timelines, which will require creative problem solving and necessitate new ways of working (e.g., prototyping, testing, benefit visualizations, etc.).
