JOB REQUIREMENTS: Join Our Team for the Season Now! Looking for a start date of April 2026. This is not a summer role! Horseshoe Beverage in Neenah, WI is looking for motivated individuals to work as a Quality Assurance Technician on a seasonal basis for up to13 weeks. In this role, you\'ll help support our production lines by testing products, inspecting quality, and ensuring a clean, safe work environment. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, team players, and able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Responsibilities: *Performs all activities associated with testing the physical and performance attributes of test products. *Maintains current knowledge of accepted methods, specifications, standards, and tolerances. *Place product that does not meet requirements on hold as needed. *Evaluates all products, including test results and related information, to make informed decisions on passing, holding, rejecting, dispositioning, or reworking products and takes appropriate action. *Communicate to the appropriate personnel when product samples do not meet requirements. *Responsible for accurate and thorough recording of all data and information related to quality. *Enter product testing/results into a computer system. *Responsible for complete upkeep and maintenance of these records. *Responsible for the day-to-day working conditions in the lab. This includes, but is not limited to, cleanliness, orderliness, safety, routine maintenance, sanitation, organization of controls, samples, records, and files. *Responsible for adhering to food safety, quality, and regulatory policies and procedures; executing duties as outlined in standard operating procedures; and reporting any related concerns to the Production or Quality Supervisor Qualifications: *High School diploma or GED required. Associate degree preferred. *The ability to read, write, speak, and understand English is required. *Previous experience with food processing, manufacturing or packaging required. *Previous experience with food manufacturing in the quality function preferred. *Passion for learning about food production and safety *Team player able to work well with others and contribute to a positive work environment. *Strong analytical skills, troubleshooting and judgment skills. *Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and related production and product information systems. *Desire to work in a fast-paced...
