Actalent Production/QA Tech in Neenah, Wisconsin

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with production tasks such as measuring, weighing, and preparing raw materials.

  • Set up, operate, and assist with basic machine/equipment operation as needed.

  • Package and label finished goods accurately and efficiently.

  • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following sanitation and safety procedures.

  • Monitor inventory levels and report when supplies need replenishment

  • Assist in loading/unloading materials and preparing products for shipment.

  • Communicate production issues or equipment concerns to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Prior experience in manufacturing or food production preferred but not required.

  • Ability to lift, stand, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

  • Basic math and measurement skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Neenah, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.78 - $24.78/hr.
