Actalent Production/QA Tech in Neenah, Wisconsin
Key Responsibilities
Assist with production tasks such as measuring, weighing, and preparing raw materials.
Set up, operate, and assist with basic machine/equipment operation as needed.
Package and label finished goods accurately and efficiently.
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following sanitation and safety procedures.
Monitor inventory levels and report when supplies need replenishment
Assist in loading/unloading materials and preparing products for shipment.
Communicate production issues or equipment concerns to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior experience in manufacturing or food production preferred but not required.
Ability to lift, stand, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Basic math and measurement skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.78 - $24.78/hr.
