Job Title: Production Operator

Job Description

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for using hand tools and different machinery to assemble circuit boards and sub-assemblies utilized across various fields. You will ensure quality checks on your work and utilize computers to access step-by-step instructions necessary for each assembly process.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble circuit boards and sub-assemblies using hand tools like screwdrivers, torque drivers, and wrenches.

  • Operate production machinery to print on solder paste and smaller components.

  • Perform quality checks on work to ensure precision and accuracy.

  • Use computers to access and follow step-by-step assembly instructions.

  • Log into multiple programs to retrieve the correct instructions.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in production and assembly processes.

  • Basic computer operation skills.

  • Ability to handle hand tools and perform soldering.

  • Experience in general production, picking, and packaging.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • 1 year of assembly experience is preferred.

  • 1-2 years of soldering experience can lead to higher starting pay.

  • Experience in picking and packaging is beneficial.

  • Background in customer service roles is advantageous.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Neenah, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.30/hr.
