Job Title: Production Operator
Job Description
As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for using hand tools and different machinery to assemble circuit boards and sub-assemblies utilized across various fields. You will ensure quality checks on your work and utilize computers to access step-by-step instructions necessary for each assembly process.
Responsibilities
Assemble circuit boards and sub-assemblies using hand tools like screwdrivers, torque drivers, and wrenches.
Operate production machinery to print on solder paste and smaller components.
Perform quality checks on work to ensure precision and accuracy.
Use computers to access and follow step-by-step assembly instructions.
Log into multiple programs to retrieve the correct instructions.
Essential Skills
Experience in production and assembly processes.
Basic computer operation skills.
Ability to handle hand tools and perform soldering.
Experience in general production, picking, and packaging.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
1 year of assembly experience is preferred.
1-2 years of soldering experience can lead to higher starting pay.
Experience in picking and packaging is beneficial.
Background in customer service roles is advantageous.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Neenah, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.30/hr.
