JOB REQUIREMENTS: Operate binding and cutting machines to process packaging materials, including flattened boxes. Monitor machine operations to ensure consistent quality and performance. Inspect products for print and color accuracy, identifying and reporting any quality issues. Stack and palletize finished goods for shipment or storage. Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance on machinery. Work collaboratively with a team of 23 others on the production line. Assist in other areas of production as needed to support overall workflow. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience operating production or binding machinery preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects. Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials up to 50 lbs.
