JOB REQUIREMENTS: Electric Motor Mechanic / Electro-Mechanical Technician Location: Neenah, WI Schedule: Full-time / 1st shift Kurz Solutions has proudly supported American industry for over 100 years by delivering best-in-class electro-mechanical and clean energy solutions. We are guided by strong core values and a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. We are currently seeking an Electric Motor Mechanic / Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our shop team. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, rebuilding, and testing electric motors and related rotating equipment for a wide range of industrial customers. What You\'ll Do Diagnose and troubleshoot AC and DC electric motors and rotating equipment Disassemble, clean, inspect, repair, and reassemble motors and components Replace bearings, seals, brushes, leads, fans, brakes, clutches, and related parts Perform electrical and mechanical testing to ensure proper operation Read work orders, document repairs, and complete job paperwork accurately Operate specialized motor repair and testing equipment Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area What We\'re Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent required Experience repairing electric motors or rotating equipment (motor shop experience preferred) Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of electrical theory (AC/DC motors) Ability to work independently in a fast-paced shop environment Commitment to safety, teamwork, and customer service Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office preferred) Why Join Kurz Solutions?
