Clinician - PACT
Independent Licensure of LMHC or LICSW required
Riverside Community Care is seeking a full time (40 hour) Independently Licensed Clinician to join our community-based Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) program based in Needham and serving the surrounding area.
PACT is an evidence-based model of providing comprehensive recovery oriented mental health services to people living with the experience of serious mental illness who may also have substance use problems and/or involvement with the criminal justice system. PACT services are highly individualized and are delivered by a mobile, community based, multi-disciplinary team of highly dedicated staff who work with people to meet their unique rehabilitation and clinical needs, improve functioning and enhance their roles within the community.

Pay Rate: $78,197.39/salaried

Required Skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bilingual skills a plus
Basic computer fluency (including Microsoft Office) required
Must be able to provide 24-hour on-call coverage on rotation, and to respond to emergency calls as necessary
Valid driver’s license and available, dependable transportation required for local travel
Required Experience
Master's Degree in clinical mental health counseling or social work
Independent licensure of LICSW or LMHC required
At least one year of experience working with adults with co-occurring disorders
Knowledge of motivational interviewing and person-centered practice preferred
